About Me
Honest Questions. Biblical Truth. Grace.
I'm the host and creator of Uncut Stone, a place for honest conversations, difficult questions, biblical truth, and the grace of Jesus Christ.
I started this because all of us are being shaped by something. Culture, family, church experiences, politics, pain, success, and even our own assumptions can leave deep marks on how we understand God and ourselves. Some of those influences may be helpful. Others need to be examined in the light of Scripture.
The Heart of It
The law shows us we need to change. Grace truly changes us.
Law and Grace
Why This Exists
The Bible does not flatter us, but it does tell us the truth. God's law reveals His holiness, exposes our sin, and shows us where we need to change. Yet the law cannot give us a new heart or rescue us from sin. That is why we need grace.
Grace is not permission to ignore truth. It is God's power and kindness meeting us in our need, forgiving us through Christ, and teaching us to live differently. As Titus 2:11–12 says, the grace of God not only brings salvation; it trains us to reject ungodliness and live self-controlled, upright, and godly lives.
The Name
Where Uncut Stone Comes From
The name Uncut Stone comes from God's command that Israel build altars from stones untouched by human tools (Exodus 20:25; Deuteronomy 27:5–6; Joshua 8:31). It reminds me that God's truth does not need our improvement, polishing, or cultural approval. We come to Scripture humbly, allowing it to challenge our ideas while trusting Christ to transform our lives.
I do not claim to have every answer. I am still learning, still asking questions, and still being changed by grace. My goal is to create space for real stories, respectful disagreement, careful biblical study, and conversations that point beyond winning arguments toward knowing and following Jesus.
Core Beliefs
What We Hold
Scripture Centered
The Bible is our final authority — not a resource we consult when it agrees with us.
Honest Questions
We ask boldly and listen carefully. Nothing true is threatened by examination.
Courageous Conversations
We speak the truth with grace and respect, especially where it costs something.
Real Stories
Real people. Real struggles. Real faith. No polished testimony required.
Transformation
Our goal is not information, but lives built on the unchanging truth of Christ.
The Manifesto
We live in a world carved by opinions.
Algorithms. Politics. Personalities. Culture.
But God called Israel to build His altar from uncut stones.
Truth didn't need improving then.
It doesn't now.
Challenge ideas. Follow Christ.
